Returns Policy

You may return some new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies only to products that are not "cut lengths". This includes all Tassels, Rope Tiebacks and any other product where a full cardlength of the product is purchased and a "cut length" is not supplied. There are no refunds on "cut lengths" so use our sample service if you are unsure. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This refund will be for the total cost of the product without the shipping cost which is not refunded. The product needs to be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The shipping rates throughout Australia and New Zealand are available immediately and displayed with the product order. For shipments outside of Australia, please send us an enquiry form with the product details and the shipping address and we will get back promptly with a shipping price.
